SP1 - Enterprise Outline codes are blank after upgrade

After upgrading the project server, Under the Enterprise
Global temple

Under the Enterprise outline codes
Enterprise Project Outline Code
View lookup table

The values I had entered in the lookup tables are not
listed. But when I open the project and go to Project/
Project Information, they are listed.

How do I correct this conflict?
