SP1 Release?

As it is mid-July does anyone know when the InfoPath SP1 (full, not preview)
will be released?

Unfortunately, the latest date that we've made public is "soon".

Yes, it will not fully function after 7/31. I am not sure if it goes into
reduced functionality mode, or simply fails to open.
