A client tried to install a Microsoft Access 2002 runtime deployment package
on a computer that is running Windows XP SP2, and the installation was not
successful. The follwoing message appeared: The Office System Pack cannot
be installed on this system because it requires Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6
or later.
We have the solution and have deleted the line that contains the
Dbmsadsn.dll file from the Ospfilelist.txt file prior to packaging. My
question is, will this package now install on Win 98 systems without the
deleted dll file?
Thanks
