I upgraded the db successully but the application upgrade installer keeps
failing, not indicating a good reason why. I suppose I could check the error
logs but I've never come across app upgrade failer (typically errors are at
the db level) so I'm hoping someone may have a quick idea on why this is
happening and how to fix it.
