SP3 downloaded from MS Office Web will not install

SP3 downloaded from MS Office Web will not install. When it asks, I insert the Office XP CD. The script comes back saying it can't find PROPLUS.MSI Well, I can't find it either! Microsoft products are too expensive to give the consumer these kinds of tech-aches!

I get the same message. I found the file on my
installation disk, but even when I browse to it, it says
that it can't find it.
