SP3 Error - No help from error code

Again my request has been ignored....

We've got a TS with Office XP and Access Runtime. But the
SP3 full version seems to be looking for an Office1.cab
file that doesn't even exist on the XP CD. Can anyone
tell me how to get this pointing to my Office 2000 pro
folder as i think that is what it is looking for. there's
an office1.cab file on the root of that CD. All these
installs were done from flat files on the network.

These aren't the same issue but the workarounds may prove useful in
resolving the issue that you are experiencing:

1. Flat copy the CD to HDD
2. Check permissions on installation folders
3. Check Windows installer
