We are experiencing the problem described in KB article
821257. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?
scid=kb;en-us;821257
After installing SP4 on Win2K servers that host Citrix
farm, users who open Publisher XP and attempt to utilize
the Clip Organizer experience an error, code 0x800700E.
The KB article states that a patch is available by
contacting the MS Product Support Service. I followed the
links on the KB article and the instructions for both
phone and online contacts. Even had to register for the
Passport service. However, I have been unable to contact
PSS by either phone (remain on infinite hold...) or online
Passport service (am presented with a screen that says my
product id has used up its quota of support contacts). No
support email address is given.
Does anyone know how to resolve this error and restore the
Clip Organizer function to users? (other than uninstalling
SP4?)
TIA
Rick
