space between lines

Can anyone tell me what do I have to do to change the space betwe
lines.

I have tried with the help information provided within word but i
doesn't work.

Go to Menu up top and select "Format". Choose "Paragraph and Indents" and
the "Spacing Tab". In the lower half beneath the word "spacing" and a line,
you'll see "Line Spacing" and a pulldown where you can choose the
line-spacing of your choice.
