Space in TOC

I made a TOC but it looks like there is a line space in between 2 of the lines. I checked the paragraph setting and made sure there is no spaces under or above the paragraph and that the lines are single spaced. It looks like this:

Step Three: Preparation 3
Step Four: Release Delivery 4

Step Five: Install and Configure New Release in Test Environment 4
Step Six: Install and Configure New Release in Production Environment 4

How do I get rid of that line space?

Display nonprinting characters. Is there perhaps a phantom entry in the TOC
caused by a page break formatted with a heading style?

Hi Denise,

Click on View, Document Map and find the blank space. It
sounds like you have a hard return formatted as a
heading. Change it to normal format style and your space
should disappear.
