Space usage on server

I am trying to figure out what is using so much space on my website (hosted by ESU hosts). The size of my web folder on my hard disk
is 5.75MB, the size on disk amount is 6.5MB, yet my host is reporting that I'm using just over 16MB. I realize there is some usage
due to email and other stuff, but is it normal to be that much? I had a large amount of photos on the site which I removed to reduce
my bill, I was using 45MB on my hard drive but almost 80MB on the server.

Open your hosted site in FrontPage, then choose View,
Reports, Site Summary. The line titled All Files will
display the size of the current Web. Click the All Files
link to view the size of the individual files.

Keep in mind these statistics are only for the current Web
site. If you have multiple subwebs, you'll need to repeat
this procedure for each one.

Log files are one common source of mysterious disk usage.
These are activity files containing one record for each
hit on your site. Hosting services often add these to
a "logs" folder in your root Web. It usually makes sense
to download and/or delete these files from time to time.
