spacebar shortcut

I somehow designated the spacebar as a scroll button in
Outlook. Does anyone know how to reverse this?

You set your options to use the spacebar to select the next item in the
list pane:

Tools -> Options -> Other -> Advanced -> Preview Pane -> "Single key
reading using spacebar"
