Spacing Problem

I have been trying to help someone with a printing problem, but now I
am stymied.

They have continuous forms, which are standard width, and each form is
3.5" long.

I have the page size selected as 9' X 3.5".

I have been able to line up the required text to be printed on the
forms but cannot get the forms to advance properly. Once a form is
printed they advance "almost" to the correct position, but skipping a
form.

Any suggestions?
