spacing within a text box's default value?

Good Morning,

I am attemping to place a default address to one of my address boxes
and for some reason it does not like it...

I am trying to add 12000 SE 82ND AVE as the default -- I have already
tried adding & " " & between each and it seems not to like that as
well.

Any ideas?

It's a string: you need quotes around it:

"12000 SE 82ND AVE"
