Spam - blank sender

I am receiving spam that does not allow me to create a
rule - since their is no name in the 'From' box. Any
suggestions?

Use another test criterion than the sender. Filter on words in the subject
or body. With Outlook 2003 you can also filter on the contents of other
SMTP headers.
