Spam e-mail not deleted from MSN mail server

I have been getting one e-mail each time send & receive
runs to check my mail, normally mail is deleted once
downloaded, sence Aug this one message has remained. I
have my outlook 2000 set to check for mail at 10 min
intervals, so this is very annoying. I suspect this e-mail
message has some attribute set to prevent it from being
deleted. anyone have any Ideas? some way to contact the
administrator for MSN to have this deleted would be great.

I contend this is impossible.
