Spam filtering on multiple accounts

I'm curious if anyone has experience or knowledge on using the new Outlook 2003 spam filtering on multiple POP accounts. The filter works wonderful on my main account, but anything that is pulled from the other POP account is not filtered at all. Now, I have a rule that directs the second account mail to a different folder (rather than the inbox) to organize. Does the new Spam filter ONLY apply to the Inbox and it's subfolders?
