"[SPAM]" in the subject line

I am getting (and I suspect sending) many messages with the label "[SPAM]" appended in the beginning of the the subject line. Anybody know where this is getting attached and how to stop it?

Anyone have a solution to send along to ISP. Maybe a setting change
in Outlook 2003??

But it's not an Outlook problem, so how could there be an Outlook setting
for it?

Do you have Norton on your server?

Go check your attributions. I didn't ask the question and don't have the
problem.
