Wot's the best way to configure outlook message rules to stop the spam get
to my inbox?
P.S I new to computers so go easy....

There is a wizard in Outlook that will guide you through
the rules.

Get there from the Tools/Rules Wizard

The best way is to stop the spam at your server.

Get a free spam program called mailwasher and you can blacklist any unwanted
spam
