SPAM message rule for message header

I am getting a lot of SPAM with the line “Date-warning: Date header was
inserted by vms169133.mailsrvcs.net†in the message header as found by going
to Properties/Details for the message and looking at the “internet headers
for this massageâ€

How do I set up a message rule in MS Outlook Express to block messages which
contain this line in the message header?

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup liek
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general. This newsgroup is for Office
Outlook.
