Spam plugin for outlook?

Is there some sort of a plugin for outlook that will stop this crazy spamming? I am running outlook 2003.

Outlook 2003 has spam filters:

There is also server side filtering with Intelligent Message Filter which is
built into Exchange 2003 SP2 and just needs to be enabled by your
administrator.

I use the free open source SpamBayes available from SourceForge in addition
to Exchange IMF and Outlook's Spam Filters. Works like a charm. You will
need to train SpamBayes but it learns very quickly.
