Hi gurus
I am wondering if it is possible to catch the IP address of these spammers
so I can submt the originating IP address to a RBL provider

How can this be done with a message from Outlook XP?

Any help would be appreciated

That is, how can one read e-mail headers directly within the message from
Outlook?

Since the sending IP is probably forged, there is little that you can do.

To view the header, right click on the message in your inbox and select
View->Options.
