Spam to a Company Internal Mailbox Group?

My company receives spam email addressed to our internal mailbox groups,
e.g., "Hot Housewives" to "COMPANY ALL" or "ADMIN 1" or "HR" or "IT" not to
individual email accounts like "[email protected]". I would think that
the groups are internally accessible only. Is there something that can be
done to fix this problem? What IS this problem? ANY insight would be
appreciated. THANKS.

You've got an infected host. A trojanized host running a mailer daemon
has access to your address books just like the user of that host has
access to them. Start figuring out what employee is infected, and then
educate them on installing unauthorized software on their host and how
it will jeopardize their employment.
