How can I change the SPAM settings? When I send e-mails, they go to other
people with SPAM in the subject. Also, sometimes I can't send e-mail because
it has been detected as SPAM. Outlook 2003.

Outlook doesn't add this. Check with your ISP or the recipients ISP or 3rd
party installed applications.
