I have many different email addresses forwarded to the same pop3 email
address which I download with Outlook 2003. How can I determine what email
address a spam that I received was sent to? When I open the spam and select
View, Options none of my email addresses can be found in the header.

The Internet Mail headers will show you everything the server was aware of.
If the spammer put one of your addresses in the BCC field, you'll never see
it. What do you actually see in the "to" field?
