spamfighter in outlook

has anyone here used spamfighter in outlook? is it any good? would
you recommend it or something else?

I despise the anti-spam addins. They add overhead and most often will
negatively impact Outlook's performance. Setting rules to work properly has
always worked for me. I get very little spam in 2002, but none in 2003.

i am on 2000 and rules don't always work, i get spam like viagra
despite making rules to delete it.
