Speaker Notes - Printing

Is there a way to print just the speaker notes on one or two pages? Possibly
with a slide number. Perhaps there is a procedure or some free or shareware
applications that can do this type of thing.

You might use File/Send to/Word. You can delete the slide thumbnails in the
resulting Word document if you wish.
