Special Characters In Label

Hi All
Is there a way to show & in a form label? Ususally the & character provides
a keyboard short cut for the following character or something similar, but I
have been asked if the label for one of the data cells on a form can contain
the following "Target&Date" but I am not sure if it can? Any ideas please
let me know.
