Hey, i'm new here :p
I'm working in a place that provide private lessons to students,
on the month end, the teacher reports back his work hours.

the problem is that, i want to create a report which will include the total
of hours,
that every teacher reported back.
but, the trick is that - for example, i might need to have Don's hours on
November and Sarah's hours on November and December on the same report.

i thought of making a form that has teachers names and a box to makr V in it
for each month, but i don't have a clue hot to make a report out of that.
