Special settings for importing GAL from Exchange 2003?

I have two machines with Office 2003 installed on them. On both machines,
if I try to go through the wizards to import GAL data from Exchange 2003 or
to link to the GAL data from Exchange 2003, I will not be able to download
or view all the GAL data. In my instance, I only get the first 1000 rows
(1286). Other people on my team can get all the rows from the GAL.

Is there some special setting in Access that restricts the rows returned
when going through the Exchange I-ISAM?
