Specific emails have disappeared.

I sent 3 emails to my flatmate whilst in the house and it has been three days and she still hasn't received them. I tried sending myself an email which again never came through. I have been on Entourage for 4 years and I know we have not changed any of the settings. We did have to change our Entourage Identity a little while ago due to some corruption but that was all fine. We have checked junk filters and spam. It is very odd because we seem to received every other email. We both have pop email accounts going through email.com. I checked in here thinking there was an issue with filters or something but the emails have not even gone through to there. I tried a test email from email.com to myself and to my flatmate and it worked fine we just can't send each other emails. Any ideas??

This part is a bit confusing. Can you provide more detail? Are you using
different computers? The "our Entourage Identity" sounds like you are using
the same Identity.
