specific text in Rules is pulling from within words

I have "ODE" that needs to be moved into a folder. ALL
emails with "abode", "rode" ... etc. are moving.
Tried: ", ', and * in the rule and nothing is working.

Yep. That's the _documents_ way rules work. You'll need to be more
selective in your match criteria.

So... how do I stop it from gathering this way? The newsletter title is "ODE"
so how much more specific can I be?

If "ODE" is the only string in the title, then use a rule that will examine
another field, like the body. If you have more than "ODE" in the subject,
and that other string also does not change, use the other string. If the
newsletter is always from the same person, perhaps your rule could use the
sender address as the criterion. There's no way to prevend a rule looking
for "ode" from matching "rode", "model", and "vocoder" as well.
