Specify folder to send in send/receive groups?

My Outlook 2003 settings are showing that only the inbox in my account
(personal folder) is set to send/receive. How can I add the outbox to be
included in send/receive action? None of my emails are leaving outbox.

Not necessary to do. If messages aren't leaving your Outbox, you have
another problem. Do you see any errors on the Error tab in the Send/Receive
status box?
