Specify size of pasted Excel charts

H

hmm

I am pasting several Excel charts into a Word 2000 document; they are not
linked, but pasted as Excel objects. I want them all to be the same size.
How can I specify their size without having to go to the Format Object menu
and type in number for every single chart? Thanks.

change the size of the 1st graph with that menu, go to the next one and hit
F4 or Ctrl+Y

Select all the charts at once (Shift-Click each one), then set the size
property. If you have quite a few it might be helpful to first go to Tools>
Customize - Commands & from the Drawing Category add the Select Multiple
Objects command to a toolbar.

NOTE: In order to do this the objects must have Text Wrapping applied - they
cannot be set to In Line With Text.
