Specifying vacations in the calendar

Hi
I have a simple problem hope anyone can help me........ wht if I want to specify 4th July as a day off and want it to be done for each year in the calendar – do I have to set 4th July OFF for every year in my calendar manually

Isn't there any way to set the day (e.g. 4th July) OFF once - somewhere - and all the years in the calendar get that day OFF automaticaly.......... ???

Yours is a common question, and the answer is still, "No, you must set each
occurrence of a holiday manually. There is no automated way to make all
occurrences of a date, such as July 4, a holiday." I generally recommend
setting up your company's calendar with 5-10 years worth of holidays. Good
luck!
