I use speech recognition in Word reasonably often and I'm reasonably
proficient with it. However, it has a few idiosyncrasies that I'd like to be
able to change.
For example, it insists on putting a space after an opening parenthesis ( or
quote '. I can't imagine when this would be required and I certainly don't
want it. Any suggestions on how to stop it?
Also, when I delete a word from the word list (dictionary), it stays deleted
for that use of Word but after I close and re-open Word, the deleted word is
back in the list. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Is there any way to train it with individual words?
thanks
