speech recognition

how would I import my recorded voice in my digital voice recorder into
microsoft speech recognition in microsoft office so that all my notes
are typed ? is there a specific digital recorder and/or other
equipment I need to buy to make this happen? could someone please
point me in the right direction?

I don't see how this answers the question. Where is this duplicate

The question about "importing files into speech recognition?" Short
answer is, "You can't". You could try plugging" the line out into the
mic in. and "play the file" to it. The amount of success you will have
is anybody's guess.
