Speed of Office, past and present.

Am I right in thinking that even without the quickload feature, Office
2003 on a current system loads and runs noticably faster than Office 95
did on the hardware that was aroud back then?

VERY subjective due to wide variety of hardware both then and now. In a
nutshell you can look at "minimum suggested hardware"(not min REQUIRED)
to say where the "acceptable response" time is, as its always been a
people tolerance issue.
