How do we know if Windows XP Professional includes a Greek spell checker for
Word? If it does, how can I install or enable it?

Windows XP does not contain Word. Word is part of Office or Works Suite. It
does not come with a native Greek spellchecker. This will need to be
obtained separately. I believe you may purchase proofing tools in other
languages directly from MS.
