spell check in outlook express 6 in MS Works

I have Outlook Express 6. MS Works 7.0 I have tried the
reinstall of the CSAPI3T1.DLL, which didn't give me the
option of adding spell check on the tools tab.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
