Still seeking a workaround to get the spell checker working on Outlook
Express 6. I have Word 97 and Windows XP. It's gonna be awhile before I
can upgrade my Office Suite.

OE isn't, has never been and never will be part of Office. Please repost in
the appropriate group.

Having said that, I do know the answer, but I also know that you're too
damned lazy to search. Five minutes of Googling (or even fewer) would have
revealed the answer to you. Because you're asking, I know you haven't even
bothered to try.
