That depends on what email application you are using.
I suggest you try a post to a newsgroup for that application but
please do not post in hard-to-read capitals or you may get ignored.

1) Lose the caps. It's considered yelling, is incredibly rude and makes
your posts very hard to read.
2) If you need a spellchecker, then you're running Outlook Express, which
is part of Internet Explorer, not Office (Office contains Outlook). Please
repost in the appropriate place.
