spellcheck wont work on email signature

[simply, Spell check not working!]

Hi

I have made a few signatures including a logo at teh top of the email and
the usual information at the bottom. Name, address, numbers etc. The problem
is spell check wont work when I open a new email to type. Before you tell me
to go to options, spelling etc all options there are spot on. In word I have
no problem. Weird!

Any suggestions, this simple thing is driving me mad.
