SPI > 1

I am using Microsoft Project Server, but I cannot get SPI for any of my tasks
to be >1 --- even if the task is baselined as a two week duration task
baselined to finish 1 week from today, it is 100% complete, and it was
finished today! This works on the standalone version, but in the server
version

I am using Professional 2003 with Service Pack 2 applied. If I understand
your status below, my version returns an SP1 of 2.

Thanks Ray. Your interpretation of my issue is correct. However, maybe we
are doing something wrong in terms of how we are inputting actuals, or some
of our settings. Any suggestions?
