Spilt a circle into nth sectors

Gurus!!!

I am looking to split a circle into nth sector. Maybe every degree the maximum.
I would like to move the sectors individually after split and also save as wmf file.

What would be the fastest way to split the sector? I know I could use fragment but how do i draw a line straight through circle, or in between 2 lines? or to make lines every degree offset?

Hope to hear from someone.
