Spilting a report / snapshot

I have created a report which has 18 pages. I only wish to send a certain
number of page(s). Say page 2 only. However when I export I can only export
the whole report as a snap shot.

Is there a way to only snap shot a certain page of a report?

Hi Ernest,

I was looking for a way to do this some time back, and never got anywhere.
What I did to get around it is to install a pdf printer driver and printing
to a pdf file, selecting the pages desired. Then I could email (or whatever)
the pdf file. It's a kludge but it works... just not automated as I would
have liked.

If you find a solution to this export partial report issue, could you please
post it?

Well, if you *are* able to install, CutePDF is free and fairly
straightforward to get installed (cutepdf.com)

I would create a query that returns only the data you want in your
report and create a report from that query.
