Does anyone know what a splash page is and how to create one through frontpage?

A splash page is a simple opening page that has either a graphic, some text
or a Flash movie on it with a link to "continue" to the meat of the website.
It's kind of like a book cover for your website. You can create it in
FrontPage just like any other page, but if you want a custom Flash movie,
you'll need the software to create it or a vendor to create it for you.
