How do I split forename and Last name into multiple cells from one cell.

Rajesh the way to do this to highlight all the information that yo
want the specific task to be done to....

On the Data menu, click Text to Columns
Follow the instructions in the Convert Text to Columns Wizard t
specify how you want to divide the text into columns. It will giv
you multiple ways you can seperate the information.... hope thi
