Split Screen

Hi All,

I have two tables on the same worksheet, one calculation off the other.
The first table goes from column B to AZ, the Second I want to place under
table 1 but the column widths are different sizes,

for printing reasons I want to be able to have rows 1 to 30 have their
column width set different to rows 31 onwards

is this possible?

Many Thanks

Mark )

Hi Mark, unfortunately what you're asking is not
possible. You could try to merge those cells past 31 but
that's more of a headache if you want to move data around
as the merged cells tend to want to split up when you
move data. There isn't really a good fix. Slitting the
window will not help either.

You could always put the tables on different sheets and then on another
blank sheet with gridlines turned off, paste linked copies of each of the
tables. To do this, copy a table, go to the sheet you will paste it into,
hold down SHIFT and click on Edit - You will now see another option to
'Paste Picture Link'. Repeat with the other table, set your print area to
include both. You have to turn off gridlines on that sheet else it looks
horrible.
