Hi all,
let say i have a table consist of 3 fields
ID Product Price
1 A 10
2 B 9
3 C 7
4 D 11
5 E 13
6 F 9
7 G 7
8 H 8
9 I 11
10 J 12
Now i want to split it in price range of 1.2 in ascending
order.so the final query qould be
====table split 1===== >>base is the lowest price.maximum
range not exceed 7*1.2=8.4
ID Product Price
3 C 7
7 G 7
8 H 8
====table split 2=====base is the lowest price.maximum
range not exceed 9*1.2=10.8
ID Product Price
2 B 9
6 F 9
1 A 10
=====table split 3====base is the lowest price.maximum
range not exceed 11*1.2=13.2
ID Product Price
4 D 11
9 I 11
10 J 12
5 E 13
how can do computation like this? please help
