Split window with email and calender

Hello

I wonder if it's possible to split the window in Outlook2003 to show both
email (with preview) and the calender at the same time?

No, but you can have one window of each open at the same time and, when you
close Outlook, it will remember you had them both open and open them both
again when you restart.
